Category 1 indicates that vaccines are available for ONE of the following: key workers/ clinically vulnerable groups / elderly groups. Category 2 indicates that vaccines are available for TWO of the following: key workers/ clinically vulnerable groups / elderly groups. Category 3 indicates that vaccines are available for ALL the following: key workers/ clinically vulnerable groups / elderly groups. Category 4 indicates that vaccines are available for all three, plus partial additional availability (selected broad groups/ages). Category 5 indicates universal availability of vaccines.
